Delete your SmartSkies account and data

You can delete your account from the SmartSkies mobile app or request deletion if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open the SmartSkies mobile app and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your SmartSkies account. Use the subject Delete my SmartSkies account and include your full name. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens to your data

Your SmartSkies sign-in account is deleted and personal profile information is removed or anonymised as part of the deletion process.

Some flight or operational records may need to be retained to preserve aviation record integrity or meet legal, safety, fraud-prevention or regulatory obligations. If this applies to your request, we will explain what must be retained and the applicable retention period.
